We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.

Responsibilities :
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strategize and assist the team in setting up new digital marketing campaigns which includes SEM, SEO, Facebook, Display, Directory Listings, etc.
- Plan and manage social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe to make graphic designs.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Landing page management - populate with content
- Competitor analysis using various tools
- Blog management for LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter & Other Groups
Skills/Experience :
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 to 5 members.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage large workloads and meet deadlines.
- Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA
