Responsibilities :
- Have to deal with US Clients and generate leads through calls/email/chat.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Skills/Experience :
- Very good communication in English.
- Must have good convincing and sales skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills required.
- Should have a very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer centric activities.
- Should be comfortable with Inbound and outbound both.
