Responsibilities :
- Follow up with clients and prospective buyers.
- Candidate should have convincing capabilities.
- You would be engaged in the Inbound/Outbound Process (Voice).
- Ability to Learn About Products and Services and Describe/explain Them to Prospects.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Follow-up all leads for conversions into sales.
Skills/Experience :
- Effectively Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Listening Skills
- Having good experience of Cold Calling, Telesales, Lead Conversion, would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
